All renters and drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license
Fuel is not included in the rental charge and is added on at the end of the rental
All boats have a deployable sunshade
Food and beverages are permitted on the boats (coolers not provided)
Snacks, soft beverages, beer, hard seltzers and ice are available for purchase on site
All passengers must sign a liability waiver at the launch dock before boarding the vessel
Pets are not allowed on boats

All reservations are subject to a 15% cancellation charge
Rentals cancelled within 72 hours of the rental start time can be rescheduled or used at a future date that year in the form of a gift card
- This includes postponements due to adverse weather conditions
Gift cards are valid for the issuing year, they DO NOT roll over into the following season
